Congradulations Sculptors!
Our attendance was excellent with over twenty sculptors at May 11th group meeting to discuss details of our upcoming exhibit.
In order to participate in the exhibit you will need to read below to fully understand show details, dates and guidelines for installations.
Works of controversial nature have been difficult to keep in shows. Please use your judgment or if you are not sure, e-mail us a photo.
All works indoor or outdoor will need a form obtained by library front desk for you sign about your work with contact information. Read below for complete show details.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
We decided at the meeting not to print postcards however, Christine Squiteri (Sculptor-graphic-guru), will design a print ready page/postcard. Chirstine thank you for accepting the task again this year. You can go green by e-mailing her computer design card announcement to all in your fanclub. Also, you can print what you need. So be part of the team and get the word out about this great sculpture show. Christine will be launching the announcement soon.
PR will also be the libraries jurisdiction with Catherine Schmoller and Company releasing information to the local press to post our sculpture
exhibit.
PRICE LIST PROGRAM
Sculptor Linda Elber has again has stepped up to the plate to help us. She can always use a good back up. Please contact her if you can help out.

Hi everyone, Anytime you are ready, go ahead and start sending me your sculpture dimensions, name, medium, date completed, your full name (& website or email address if you want) for the price list.
Also, Lori Horowitz said she will be handling the food, drinks, paper goodss etc. thanks everyone, Linda Elber
FOOD
Again Linda Elber will coordinate and direct people to bring what we need to make the food easy and ensure that everbody brings a little something to make the openning an appetite sucess, as well.

RECEPTION: Friday, June 19th- 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
INFORMATION FOR ARTISTS
Exhibits Theme
The exhibits theme is to show the viewing public how you arrived at making your sculpture. Examples are drawings, photos of the development of creating your sculpture and even words that describe your process. This allows the public to understand how you arrived at making the sculpture or you interest in your particular style. This is a way to personalize your work and to connect with the viewer.
Installation - exterior is Saturday, June 6th, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and Monday, June 8th, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Installation - interior is Monday, June 8th, and Tuesday, June 9th, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Installation must be completed during the final installation dates and times.
